Located in Templestowe, this project aimed to create a high-end courtyard space that was both contemporary and functional. The project included the optimisation of the pool area, turfing, retaining wall construction and horticultural design with attention to detail and overall visual aesthetics.

Project highlights:

1. Pool area: Transparent glass fencing is installed to ensure safety without affecting the view, and the pool is surrounded by non-slip materials to enhance the user experience.
2. Lawn paving: High-quality natural turf is selected to enhance the greening effect of the courtyard, while the irrigation system interface is reserved for later maintenance.
3. Horticultural Layout: Plant a diverse range of plants in the courtyard, incorporating modern landscape aesthetics to enhance the overall courtyard hierarchy.
4. Privacy & Security: The black fence provides privacy for the patio while remaining consistent with the overall design.
